Product Integrity

Quality products must work flawlessly not only by themselves, but also in harmony with the user’s macro environment.  At QP, we consider product integrity to be a commitment to the community rather than a mere business requirement.  To provide our customers with the highest guarantee of product integrity, our entire quality-control regime is founded on three important pillars:

Standards Compliance

In addition to the baseline legal requirements set by statutory bodies, we conform to a comprehensive range of industry guidelines and standards designed to align end users’ expectations with the values underpinning our customers’ brands and products.  These guidelines and standards include the ICTI (International Council of Toy Industries) Code of Business Practices, and the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC)’s Chain of Custody requirements, Global Security Verification (GSV), to name just a few.  To know more about our Accreditation status, please click HERE.

Quality Assurance

Quality is at the heart of everything we do.  We adhere to a strict quality assurance regime characterized by risk anticipation, multi-level checking, streamlined workflows, and a ceaseless quest for continuous self-improvement.

At the core of this stringent regime is a risk anticipation approach in which all team members’ are committed to foreseeing potential risks and dealing with them from the very beginning.  Special consideration is also given to the circumstances in which a product will be used to ensure it is completely safe in the hands of end users.

To provide the highest levels of protection for our customers, we test all incoming materials, parts and finished products in our independent accredited laboratory.  This ensures that quality control at QP is not confined to a single check at the end of production, but is rather a continual process comprising frequent and thorough inspections throughout pre-production, production and post-production.

Being an ISO accredited company, our administrative and production processes all adhere to well-documented quality management systems, operational procedures and best-practice guidelines.  Continuous training is also offered to our personnel, all of whom have an insatiable appetite for excellence.  Coupled with the adoption of winning production management initiatives such as LEAN management, TQP and TPM, we are proud to say that outstanding quality is the hallmark of all QP productions.

DPI Laboratory

QP set up DPI Laboratory in 2008 with the goal of offering the best protection to both customers and consumers, as well as ensuring product integrity at every stage of the supply chain.  Our laboratory facilities achieve this by providing independent, fast, comprehensive and internationally accredited laboratory testing on both incoming materials and final products.
